  • ⁠Do you offer child safety seats?

    Yes, we provide child safety seats for families traveling with young children. Simply request one during booking, and we’ll ensure it’s set up for your trip.

  • Can I take the rental car out of state?

    Yes, out-of-state trips are allowed with prior approval. Please contact us before your trip to confirm, and we’ll make sure everything is arranged for a smooth journey.

  • How are tolls handled?

    No need to worry about tolls! You’re free to use toll roads, and we’ll handle all toll charges. After your trip, we’ll bill you for any tolls incurred, making the process hassle-free.

  • ⁠How does pick-up and drop-off work?

    Our pick-up and drop-off process is entirely contactless for your convenience. We’ll deliver your car to the agreed location, clean, filled with gas, and ready to go. The keys will be securely placed in a lockbox, and we’ll share the lockbox combination with you before your trip begins.

  • What happens if I am late for the return?

    If you’re experiencing any difficulties returning the car on time, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to discuss the next steps and find a solution that suits the situation.

  • ⁠What is your fuel policy?

    We provide the car with a full tank of gas, and we ask that it’s returned the same way, with the proper octane fuel for the vehicle. If the tank isn’t full upon return, we’ll refuel it for you and add the cost to your bill.

  • Can I add an additional driver?

    Yes, additional drivers are allowed, provided they meet our rental requirements. Please let us know at the time of booking, as there may be a small fee for adding another driver.

  • Do you offer insurance options?

    Yes, we have several insurance options available to suit different levels of coverage. During booking, we’ll walk you through these options so you can choose the one that best fits your needs.

  • ⁠What is your cancellation policy?

    We understand plans change. If you need to cancel, please let us know as early as possible. Our cancellation policy details any applicable fees, and we’ll work with you to accommodate changes whenever we can.

  • Is there a mileage limit?

    Our cars come with either unlimited mileage or a daily mileage limit, depending on the rental agreement. Please refer to your booking details or ask us for specifics.

  • Are pets allowed in the rental cars?

    We welcome pets in our vehicles! Just make sure to return the car in clean condition, free of pet hair and any mess. A cleaning fee may apply if extra cleaning is needed.

  • What should I do in case of an accident or breakdown?

    If you experience any issues during your trip, contact us immediately. We’ll provide guidance on next steps and assist with roadside support if needed.
